The text is also cleverly addressing different reasons to reject the Delegated Act, which should help to attract the required majority in ECON-ENVI and in plenary: institutional reasons (no impact assessment, no consultation with the EP), fuel imports from Russia, investors don’t want and need it (fragmentation, investor trust, admin burden), environmental nonsense (TEG recommendation against it).
