If you want to influence a policy/proposal/decision, it helps to know where the initiative is and what’s driving it.

If you don’t know where things are at and what’s driving events, you’ll be like this driver.
You may get to where you want to, on time, and safely, but the chances are low. You will be hoping the ‘animal spirits’ direct you.
