An excellent documentary from Dutch TV showing that the industrial fleet gets around 95% of fishing subsidies in Spain. The same is probably true in most countries. No wonder so many governments will fight so hard in the coming reform of the Common Fishing Policy to protect the interests of the few against the interests of taxpayers and the fish.
